For schools & other partners

Want to bring Buddy's PALS to your school or organization?

The presence of dogs in a school setting has been shown to have a number of benefits for children. Dogs can provide comfort and companionship, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety levels in children. In addition, dogs can help to promote physical activity and social interaction among children. Furthermore, dogs can serve as a positive role model for children, teaching them about responsibility and caregiving. All of these factors can contribute to a more positive and productive learning environment for children.

Buddy's PALS is offered at no cost to the educational institution. Our organization partners with schools, universities and colleges, and libraries in Michigan. Teachers and organization staff with dogs are welcome to apply as Buddy's PALS handlers to bring their dogs into their organization! We currently partner with organizations in the following cities:

  • Bath

  • Delta Township (Lansing)

  • DeWitt

  • East Lansing

  • Greenville

  • Haslett

  • Mason

  • St. Johns

  • Williamston
